Everyone wants a great, white smile but some people's teeth are too sensitive to the whitening gel which can cause some discomfort during the whitening treatment. To emable everyone to be able to undergo teeth whitening treatments, we have included remineralisation gel in many of our teeth whitening kits to help revitalise your enamel and make tooth pain be simply a thing of the past.
What is Remineralisation Gel?
It is a calcium/phosphate fluoride that has been shown to be effective in the enamel remineralisation process. Contains all the elements needed for the remineralisation process in decalcified teeth.
Advantages of Remineralisation Gel:
Allows the enamel to actively remineralise itself in the presence of fluorides, calcium and phosphate.
Brush and floss your teeth. Place a small beads of the remineralisation gel per tooth in the frontal portion of your mouth tray for the front 6 - 8 teeth (approximately .5 mL or less per tray). Insert the trays very carefully keeping the gel on the teeth and away from the gums. Let the gel set for approximately five minutes before removing, do not rinse your mouth out after this.
